ey Hill General Store located at 65 Valley Hill Rd., Springfield, KY (just past the donkey tree). The Springfield-Washington County Economic Development Authority held a Ribbon Cutting at noon and the celebration continued throughout the day with free ice cream, outdoor games, music and refreshments.
Valley Hill General Store operates in the traditional general store mode, focusing on utility and working to source their inventory as locally as possible; currently the selection consists of pottery, books, candy, jams, jellies, soap, children's toys, knitting supplies, soft drinks, baking supplies, ice cream and some necessities.
